Note: The quest item for Missing Citizens actually is the Ruby Ring from the Ogre Mage. Though in the game's classic version this would be irrelevant, and every possible Ruby Ring brought back would suffice, this was changed in the Enhanced Edition, and only the ring from the Ogre is accepted.
