Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition is a remake of Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn and the expansion pack Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal. It's developed by Overhaul Games and published by Atari, with a set release of somewhere in the summer of 2013. It is delayed due to legal differences between Atari and released on Novemeber 15, 2013.
It has 350,000 additional words, which are related to quests and story in Shadows of Amn and Throne of Bhaal. It has been confirmed that there will be four additional NPC's in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition. Dorn II-Khan, Rasaad yn Bashir, and Neera will return as playable characters in the game, as well as a new character named Hexxat.

Just like Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, this game also features an area like the Black Pits, in which the tactical depth of the combat system can be explored.
Graphics and interfaceEdit
The enhanced edition offers widescreen support, upgraded graphics from the original and interface improvements.
