Belladonna Flowers are found on the Isle of Balduran.

ā€œ Odd-smelling flower, though very pretty. ā€

ā€”  Gorion's Ward

The gender of the quest giver is depending on the Ward's gender, talk to Durlyle if your character is female or Delainy if your character is male.

With this historian you should be polite and romantic to gain their help, because if you're impolite when accepting the previous cloak quest, you will NOT receive the Belladonna Flower quest after returning the cloak. A cloak shall be retrieved. Head to Dradeel's Cabin located in the northern half of the island. When you return you can insist on payment for the cloak if you cherish an extra 10gp but you won't get help later! Otherwise return the cloak for some tales. After another talk you are asked for some Belladonna flowers. You should have found some in Dradeel's cabin but you can also pick some from two patches that grow just north of the village. The flowers were actually meant for you, and some romantic dialogue follows.

Belladonna Flowers effects

During the lycanthrope island story line, all party members will be infected with lycanthrope curse, and will die if you don't kill Mendas after several days passing when you return from the island. If you hold these flowers, the Ward alone won't be affected by the curse.
