Brelm is a dawrven cobbler who can be found in the Adventurer Mart in Waukeen's Promenade.
Background
He is a 'friend' of Ribald Barterman and, as the latter claims, he got drunk in his store four months earlier and never left, despite Brelm saying that they met during an adventure in Shadowdale. He tends to tell a lot of tall tales and half-truths and, when spoken to, he will provide some rather amusing dialogue.
