Elder Brain Blood is a storyline quest item needed Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition during chapter 5. It is one of three possible items that Matron Mother Ardulace Despana demands that "Veldrin" obtain so she can complete a ritual to summon a powerful demon lord, with the alternatives being Kuo-toa's Blood or the Eyestalk of an Elder Orb.
It can be acquired from the The Master Brain, which can be found in the Eastern Tunnels, which can be entered from the eastern part of the Underdark area.
