Emeralds are very valuable gems in the game which may be found. This item appears in Baldur's Gate (game), Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition.

Description

An Emerald is a brilliant green beryl, cleaved along straight box like lines, with rectangular cutting in the finished gem. Emeralds are often connected with health, and so are used ornamentally for such a purpose.

Limited Wish can create emerald.

Fire Giants drop at least one when they are killed.
