Black Alaric's Cave is a cave located near the shore of the Sea of Swords in the Lighthouse area. It can be found up the coast north of the beacon itself. It is comprised of three chambers linked by narrow, winding passageways. The caves treasure trove is located in the rear chamber and, among its numerous items, it contains the Manual of Bodily Health which is related to Safana's companion quest.
The area around the entrance to the cave is claimed by Sil and her small tribe of sirines.
The cave is also known as Flesh Golem Cave on account of its inhabitants. Extra care should be taken by low-level parties, as the sirines and the flesh golem inhabitants can be difficult to defeat, although simply looting it doesn't actually require any fights and is worth the effort.
Be aware that the cave also contains four traps(Disarm: 30) that are located in the passageways near the entrance and/or exit to each chamber.
