Nalin is the local healer in Nashkel. He resides at the Temple of Helm.
If you speak to him, not only will he offer you his temple services but he'll also tell you about Captain Brage, who went mad and ran away. He will offer to match the bounty offered for Captain Brage if you bring Brage to the temple instead of turning him into the garrison.
