Girdle of Hill Giant Strength gives the wearer a Strength of 19, similair to the Potion of Hill Giant Strength. Every class can wear this belt, with the expection of kensai and wizard slayers. This girdle is the least-powerful of the four Strength-boosting girdles. This item appears in Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn. It can be obtained very early in the game from Ribald at the Adventurer's Mart.
In Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition it is sold by Elan Garaq in the Black Pits Tier 2.
