Glanmarie can be found standing in the foyer of Oberan's Estate. She appears to be in charge of the help and is looking to hire a servant. This can work to the party's advantage when attempting the Alatos and the Thieves' Guild quest or if you just want to rob the place.
Note: When you first speak with Glanmarie be sure that none of the party members within sight of her have any weapons equipped (fists only), as she will immediately reject anyone armed. Characters with multiple weapon slots can have weapons in those slots but they still must be fist equipped. (This is no longer the case in BGEE. Party members may have weapons equipped and Gianmarie will still offer dialogue about the servile position.)
