Gram the Sword of Grief has a 10% chance of inflicting 2d12 poison type damage with no save on hit, when upgraded, this two-handed sword is also capable of draining one level from its target each hit unless the victim makes successful saves vs. death at +5 penalty.

There’s also a long sword named Blackrazor which drains level at 15% chance with no save, whose close variant can be materialized by Black Blade of Disaster spell with different characteristics; Energy Drain spell drains two levels from the victim with no save; you may even exploit the vampires summoned by Limited Wish spell to do evil cleric’s biding.

Gameplay Edit

  • Beware: If the victim is level-drained to equal or less than level 1, disintegrated, petrified, or frozen shattered to death, there’s a good chance the above process will destroy some, if not all of the non-plot items from their inventory, rendering them unobtainable
