Hakt is a unique hobgoblin elite in Baldur's Gate. He is a likely second-in-command of the Chill mercenary group, and can be found among three other guardians within Tazok's tent in the Bandit Camp.
As he is a hobgoblin elite, his arrows may poison his target, though he wields no ordinary bow; the unique Longbow of Marksmanship, yours to take after he is dealt with.
