Jenkal is a surly halfling found in the basement of his home in Gullykin, who will admit to smuggling in kobolds, and attack. When the fight is over, the bookcase on the north-west wall will be revealed as a secret door leading to the Firewine Ruins.

WHAT in the Nine Hells are you doing in my burrow home?! I don't know why you're here, but any assumptions you might have about halfling hospitality do not apply to me. When an intruder breaks into my home, I kill 'em.

All dialogue options quickly lead to a fight:

WHAT in the Nine Hells are you doing in my burrow home?! I don't know why you're here, but any assumptions you might have about halfling hospitality do not apply to me. When an intruder breaks into my home, I kill 'em.

  • 1:-You're rather obnoxious for a halfling. We'll just let you have your rant, and we'll be on our way.
I don't think you quite understand. The only thing you'll be doing right now is dying.
  • 2:-YOU! Kill us?! Don't make us laugh, shorty.
Now you've done it. No one calls me shorty.
  • 3:-It sort of smells like kobold in your little hole. I wonder why that is? I thought halflings hated kobolds.
Oh, no. You've found me out. Yes, I'm the one who has been letting the kobolds into our quaint little town. It's just too bad that you won't be alive to tell anyone about it.
