As any other standarized +2 weapon, this weapon has -2 THAC0 bonus, +2 points of damage, a speed factor of two points lower and reduced weight, which is 1 pound in this case, when it's compared to the non-enchanted long sword. This item appears in Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition , and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition.
It can be bought from Jayes in Waukeen's Promenade during dusk and dawn, from the Adventurer's Mart in the same place, and from Magda's Tier Two store in the Black Pits. In Throne of Bhaal, it's sold at the Tankard Tree and by Karthis al-Hezzar.
