Having M'Khiin in company will enable or extend the experiences of several encounters in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear.

Coast Way Crossing[]

To the west of The Black Pits Announcer in Chapter Eight, there is a pile of four bodies. If M’Khiin is in your group, she will be able to summon the spirits of the goblins R'gosz the Puke, D'mak Greatgas, Sot Darkoozing, and their apparent leader, Gar Fouleye.

They express disgust upon learning it's M'Khiin, who they revile for stories of her abandoning her tribe and it can be learned that Fouleye killed D'mak for no particular reason, after which the Puke killed heim and Sot both, sustaining mortal wounds while doing so. Not long after, the ghost of "the Puke" finally loses control and the spirits attack the party but combat will end when any one of the spirits would normally be killed.

When finally beaten, Gorion's Ward must decide their fate, and if M'Khiin is given the choice or the spirits are threatened with destruction, they offer the location of a secret cache in exchange for mercy.

Warning: If they are dismissed without threat, they will not give the location of the cache and it will never be accessible.

If the party then travels to the west bank of the river, north of the bridge, they will find numerous traps, as well as a bush with a Potion of Freedom, a mace, 2 slings, 19 bullets, 21gp, and most importantly, Blightbringer.

Bridgefort[]

After completing Wynan Hess's quest at Bridgefort in Chapter 9, talk to Jegg Hillcarver to craft a new Jegg's Leathers for M’Khiin.

Underground River Entrance[]

North of your starting zone on Underground River Entrance area in Chapter 10, you'll meet a raid band led by Battuks, you can squeeze more XP out of this encounter if you have M’Khiin interact with them in group.

Kanaglym[]

A pile of equipment will appear where you fight the undead hordes at Kanaglym if you travel with M’Khiin there in Chapter 10. M’Khiin will be able to equip two of four items depending on which path she chooses: the shamanic path for Soulherder's Staff and Ghostdreamers' Robe; the warrior path for Axe of Kruntur and Kruntur's Armor. Note the choice just determines which two items M’Khiin can use, it won't affect her actual status.
