Miner Bob believes that a dragon is responsible for the Nashkel Mines problems and that it must be upset by the miners activity. Talking with him will result in one regular and one unique Journal entry for the Investigating the Nashkel Mines quest, depending on what you ask. Unlike other miners on this level, he doesn't leave after the initial conversation.

Killing him results in reputation loss.

Dialogue[]

Finally! Someone has come to save us.

Do you know something about what's been happening here?
Sure I know what's happening. What do you wanna know?
1-What about the missing miners?
Oh, them. I told them before they went. Tried to at least. Naturally there must be a dragon down there killing them all. He must be mad about us mining his hill. Poor thing.
2-Have you heard about any creatures in the mines?
Just the dragon is all. Haven't actually seen him, but what else could kill all those miners?

Both of these replys result in the following journal entry:

A dragon in the mines? Inconceivable!
3-What about the ore?
Oh, we don't ship as much out as we used to. We do pretty well considering the shortage of people we have to help, though.'

This reply leads to the following journal entry:

The mines are shipping barely any ore at all, what with the shortage of people.
