Murky Potion of Healing is supposed to heal 9 HP of the imbiber. Instead, this potion gives the consumer the status effect of intoxication and doesn't heal any hit points. Two of them take up one of Baeloth's quick item slots; however, they are named Speedily Stolen Slave's Salve.
