Prebek's House is a house in Athkatla's Docks District in Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn.
Inside are Prebek and Sanash, apprentices to Xzar, and a few "goblins." The pair have a brief debate about what they should do about your intrusion, and how this might be another "test" by their "master" but they eventually agree that they should attack.
There are three locked and trapped containers to loot, after the battle. The traps deal a fair quantity of damage, beware.

The Sword Coast Stratagems mod and the "Smarter Mages" component revises Prebek and Sanasha. They both have contingency defensive spells that will trigger at the start of hostilities, including a Spell Protection on each mage. Each has a Minor Sequencer prepared and ready to launch. They'll put up a stiffer fight than the unmodded game.
The Unfinished Business (Baldur's Gate II) Mod restores some of the guardian creatures inside this home. The goblins are replaced by two Ghasts The mod also restores the Scimitar Shazzellim and is inside the Home for you to find, either on a body or in a container.
The Golem Construction for Spellcasters mod adds a Flesh Golem to the guardians within.
