Sarhedra is a dwarf in the Lonely Peaks area north of Carnival (4756.1748). She gives you the side quest Ogre Hunting. When you return with that quest completed, she gets flustered trying to think of another quest to send you on and instead leaves the area and disappears.
No loss to reputation if killed.
