Shuruppak's Plate is enchanted full plate armor +3, which offers a basic armor class of -2. It has the normal armor class modifiers for full plate and it offers 20% fire resistance and it raises the Dexterity of the wearer by one point. This item appears in Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition. It's dropped by Yaga-Shura when he is killed in the Siege Camp near Saradush.
