The Sling of Everard is a magical sling which requires no ammunition to fire. While it has THAC0 enchantment of +5, the damage bonus is only +2. However, just like the Shortbow of Gesen, the "default" ammunition created by the weapon will inherit the enchantment. This makes the Sling of Everard the single most enchanted ranged weapon in the saga and one of only three ranged weapons naturally able to hit powerful enemies such as demiliches.
This item appears in Shadows of Amn and the Enhanced Edition where it can be bought from Joluv in the Copper Coronet.
