Summon Cow is a spell accessible only to players who use the cheat command "Cheats:CowKill();". Upon casting this, spell cutscene with wyvern abducting a cow will start. After the cutscene, the cow will fall upon the targeted creature, killing it.
Wild Mages sometimes summon a cow through a wild surge, but it is a different cow.
