The Iron Thorn, otherwise known as the Cursed Ring of Slight Monsterism, is a rather odd ring that was added to Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition. This ring's primary fault would be a hit to Charisma, which is only significant to the leader of the protagonist's party. The secondary fault would be a unique change in appearance to a Zombie, which some players might find amusing enough to make use of. It's also cursed, so it will require Remove Curse to remove it. Lastly, unlike most rings which are weightless, this ring weighs one pound.
