Tor Lobo is a mercenary hired by Areana to deal with Gorion's Ward after the blackmailing of her during the A Contract Killing side quest. He will be encountered on the third floor of the Three Old Kegs in North Baldur's Gate, in the same room that was occupied by Areana. There is no chance to talk him out of a fight, although it is possible to charm him, and killing him results in no loss of reputation.
