War Hammers are weapons with a hammer head on a short shaft, to keep them wieldable in one hand.They can be used by warriors, bards and clerics. Most war hammer require a strength of 9 points to be used. Hammers can inflict 2-5 points of crushing damage and have a weigth of 6 lbs. This weapon is in the war hammer proficiency in all games except Baldur's Gate, where it's in blunt weapons instead. The item appears in Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate II and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition. It's sold at most stores selling weapons in all games.
