Wiven is one of four members of the Thieves' Guild in the locked house directly south of Ye Olde Inn in Southwest Baldur's Gate. She will approach Gorion's Ward and party, claiming she has them surrounded and, if you won't surrender, she and her three companions Dirk, Sath and Meakin will attack. If you attack her before she speaks to you, those three won't spawn.
Progressing too far in Rasaad's companion quest The Enemies of My Friend will prevent her from appearing, as her location is used for a quest event as well; she will, however be back when one day has passed after these events.
